After EKSADA investigates the complaint and finds out that it is originating from www.trcontact.com  EKSADA will solve the problem as soon as possible and fulfill your demand.

After EKSADA’s investigation if it is found out that the problem does not originate from EKSADA and grievance is out of EKSADA’s area of responsibility, the complaint will not be processed and you will be informed about it.
